Refund policy
Contact us at maravaellc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
Return eligibility
Eligible physical items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety, opened skincare, cosmetics, personal-care products, supplements, food, and beverages cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Digital products, downloads, gift cards, personalized items, and final-sale items are not returnable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Do not send returns to a supplier or address shown on a package unless we give you that instruction.
Shipping policy
Maravae currently ships to addresses in the United States. We do not accept international orders at this time.
Processing and delivery
Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on the item, destination, carrier, and supplier. You will receive tracking information when it becomes available. Orders containing products from more than one supplier may arrive in separate packages and on different days.
Addresses and carrier delays
Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if it needs to be corrected; we cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment begins. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control can affect delivery estimates.
Missing or damaged packages
If tracking shows a problem, or your order arrives damaged, contact maravaellc@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged items, include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Any shipping charge and estimated delivery time shown at checkout are the terms that apply to that order.

Digital products
Digital purchases are licensed for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use. They may not be copied, resold, shared, republished, or distributed. Access or delivery requirements are described on the product page.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, violate another person’s rights, or use the store for unlawful activity.

Maravae names, copy, graphics, downloads, and original content are owned by Maravae or used with permission. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use purchased products as described.
