At Maravae, each Healing Box is thoughtfully curated and prepared with care.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. During new product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses: Please verify your shipping information before placing your order. Maravae is not responsible for delays or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email address], and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns and Refunds: Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
